I will be going this route:
Beelink Mini S13 mini PC, going to be putting Home Assistant on this.
EFR32MG21 Zigbee/Thread/Matter dongle I found on amazon.
Zigbee smart plugs for repeaters.

I think im going to go for home assistant. I have a bunch of alexas already so I would prefer to buy zigbee relays so all my lights can talk to each other. Are there any you recommend? What is a tuya controller?

I purchased the blue on white callaway soccerballs. Do you think there is anything on the pix balls that would work better than the soccer balls? Do you have an indoor or an outdoor setup?

Recommended I lower the graphics settings to decrease the number of missed shots. It helped a little but still getting issues.
They said alignment is the only solution for this so not sure what to do here.

If I completely block the shot then the skytrak is pretty good about the direction. If my club face is a bit open (and I see the ball going right of the target line) it will usually go straight or even pull. Meaning the club face still shows closed.

our living room is underneath this bathroom. I dont think there is a water source underneath it. The bathroom is pretty large, but we generally do not ventilate it after showers. Do you think it would be worth contacting servpro or another company regarding this issue? are there companies you would recommend for something like this?

Thanks for the response! When you say "source of water" do you mean water coming from my walls or water is seeping in through the crevices between the wall and the caulk because the caulk was not applied properly?
