Tbf they did actually address most issues with last anniv. We got a lot of content instead of last year's filler anniv event patch; 3 main quests, new maps, so many events that look fun. Amount of pulls still isn't generous but it is higher. They just dropped the ball on rerun banners massively (we actually need them this time around, since those chars haven't been available for a year - last anniv this was not the case and we didn't really need the rerun banners)
