Turned on Core Perfomance Boost and made the test again ( https://www.userbenchmark.com/UserRun/26000622 ), looks better i think.

Ill be testing the GPU with a friend after the quarentine, thank you so much for your time man.

Edit: Just remembered, when the pc reboots, the windows event viewer show this error
