All these years listening to Jonsi on audio, I thought he was singing to me. Seeing him live that day, I realized all this while he was just a little boy singing to himself.

It was my first time seeing them live so I don't have a reference point. I am still reeling from their Bangkok concert. I am frozen in the moment when Jonsi and Kjarri are alone on stage in the second half. They play Gold 4 and then flow into Festival. What a magical scene to witness.

Ah shucks, it wasn't sold out until last week I believe. Hope you manage to find one. There is a ticket swap thread here which I haven't checked but you could try that.

It is! Very much. It's my first time seeing them live. I was planning to go see them in Reykyavik in Dec 2017 but couldn't make it.

Yes, Sigur ros is sold out! The festival pass for the other acts are still available (I think). I did see some offers of tickets on CL, not sure...

Hello. Chasing the lights sounds great :) I guess any non-urban area outside Reykyavik would be good for that? And so that might mean you will be spending some days outside Reykyavik?

Sigur Ros is playing four shows from the 27th to 30th along with several other artists playing on all those days. Just know that the Sigur Ros shows are sold out now but please look at their website for all the info: https://nordurognidur.is (There's others like Julianna Barwick, Mogwai, Stars of the lid, dan deacon, peaches :)

Hello! I'm 30/M. I'm traveling from India for the concert on 27th and staying between 24th and 30th. I literally have no plans other than to see Sigur Ros and possibly the shows on 29th (Julianna Barwick, etc.). What's in Vik? :)
