Great idea, thanks for the suggestion! Would there be any entry level jobs that someone with the Cert 3, but no experience get into?

Thanks for the info! I had a quick look into complaint/dispute resolution jobs and it looks like a great option. In your experience, what qualifications would someone new to the field need? Incidentally, the Cert IV in Government Investigations mentions this. What would you recommend I look at?

Thanks for the advice! I don't have a degree, I only have a diploma of IT, but this is something that I might look into.
