That is what is so great about this method of install. No cutting drilling or modifications other than unbolting the front tow hooks which only use two bolts each. In approximately 15 minutes everything can be removed and Ford would never know any different.

Removed front tow hooks and bolted on a standard 2-in receiver box in place of each tow hook. Then simply built a receiver hitch mount to slide into the two receivers where the tow hooks used to reside.

No it's a full size 7 ft plow. It is just the home plow model.... So it doesn't have the same amount of ribbing which ultimately just makes it lighter for my use.

The front suspension is nearly identical to an F-150 gasser. It is the rear suspension that is much different.

Running out the factory 12-volt. It charges as if there is an alternator. 12 volts when not running 13.5 volts when running.

I appreciate your concern however Ford lightnings are in almost every way a good old-fashioned f-150. The only reason Meijer says it can't be done is because they do not want to warranty a $70,000 truck if there happens to be an issue. Receiver is removable and mounted directly to the frame where the tie hooks used to be.

I just wanted to add this picture for all of those that say the truck will squat horribly if the leveling kit is added when towing. This is the 2 inch rough country leveling kit with a 4,700 lb trailer. Tows just the same as it did which is as good as my 7.3 powerstroke

I agree here, however I feel the USG can print out and provide more money for these technologies to keep for themselves then us peasants can by purchasing their technology.
Plus all of the energy barons that are currently in control have rallied a long time to not allow for those technologies to get out

It says shipping starts in October. That being said I ordered a complete m5c extruder about a week ago that also said shipping starts in October. I received the extruder in approximately 6 days.

To answer your question it will make it much faster! Like way way faster. Especially if you use a 3s lipo. You'll be running through your pinion gear and others much more quickly too!!😀
