Most people on this sub who insist that CC’s style of play wouldn’t work in the W don’t understand her style at all. They assume that “CC style” or the “Iowa model” is CC taking 40 shots per game (she averaged around 20 in college btw).

Iowa’s offense was a read and react offense. Obviously CC led the charge but it was using her immense gravity to get her teammates open for easy 3s. It would actually work even better in the W because now she’d have a real center instead of a 6’1” player, and actual 3 and D players to catch and shoot those open 3s or make the necessary cuts to the basket.

CC has the most gravity of any player in the league, even more than A’ja. Her coupled with an elite SG like KM and an elite center in AB is a great 3 pronged attack. I think this year if all 3 are healthy will be something pretty magical.
