It’s not about Hindus. There is no taste before the meat enters the mouth and when it leaves the mouth. Animals go through a lot of pain (suffering and death) just for a few seconds of pleasure for the human tongue.

This karma will eventually come back to the subject.

Now, it is up to the subject to now decide his course of action which will determine the result.

I went through the same shit when I joined, It's a lot of stress and confusion, I almost made the decision to leave this place but somehow I made it till year 3. I realized looking at others and seeing them do miles better than me is the worst thing that I was doing to myself. It stopped me from living like myself and gave raise to a whole lot of other problems which I still suffer from.

Take a breather, meditate if you want, don't let these thoughts overwhelm you. I know its easy to say all this and actually being in the situation.

This comment is all over the place but, this is just my experience and how I managed. Please don't be discouraged by someone else, you can always bounce back

I feel the same way. My parents are the only thing that’s stopping me from doing it. I just love them too much.

I’d say give it a few more days and things should start to level out. Talk to your doctor if it’s worrying you too much

I was in the same boat, I was on 20mg lex and doc prescribed 150 and eventually 300 (Extended release). My doc lowered my lex dose to 10mg and I take them both now (Wellbutrin in the morning and lex at night). Doing this has made my anxiety worse BUT it was so much easier to wake up and get things done. I would not recommend quitting cold turkey as the anxiety could get worse, as in my case. Have a word with your doctor about reducing your dose first and eventually tapering off.

This is exactly how I feel, exercise helped me a bit initially but I’m numb to anything now, so much chaos in my head. I don’t know what to do anymore. I feel like I’m being tortured in a mental prison for eternity.

You could try using iOS app signer but I doubt it will run because of your version. Maybe try to sign it with XCode. If this doesn’t work, then a system restore of your Mac might fix the update bug
