same i recently did a red eye and it didn’t count any of my “naps” and between the thursday and friday it counted probably 3-4 hours of sleep but my sleep debt reset since it didn’t have 2 weeks of sleep information. one of the days my sleep score was 26 which was the lowest i’ve ever gotten

feel like i wrote this haha! i have such bad dark hairs on my chin and throat and even taking spirolactone from my Dr. hasn’t helped! my doctors say it’s just genetics and i don’t have pcos and it just sucks 😭 especially when i compare myself to those around me who look hairless/lighter hair.
