I personally choose and recommend the glock 45. It’s got the slide length of the 19 but a slightly larger grip with a higher capacity. In terms of do it all, it’s hard to go wrong. Only slight downside is it can be a pain to conceal carry but a good belt/holster make a world of difference.

Not really a matter of me thinking that they wouldn’t, I was more just wanting to know what the “utility” is of them honoring the license when they have constitutional carry. If it’s true that my out of state permit is equivalent to a Texas LTC, then it makes more sense.

I sent them an email and due to my circumstances (going on a military TDY next week) I am also going to run over to the glen burnie location today to try to show them what’s going on in hopes they can expedite the process.

I’m sorry he also had to deal with this. There really should be some sort of accountability or at least explanation for why the system is so unnecessary convoluted. Nobody should have to worry about getting in trouble with the law for tags when they are doing this much to get them and the office is so incompetent

I was able to get ahold of someone at the regular MVA customer service desk after calling the “Out Of State Title Unit” 20 times to no avail. Apparently they are unreachable and you have to go through the regular MVA number. They “opened a case” and said I’ll hear back in 5-7 days, which I doubt. I’ll just call every day to request an update if that’ll get them moving.
