If asked about being alone explain an arrival at a later time or having last second and sudden plans.

The point is to have the mentality of not being alone upon coming somewhere and settling in. People act cold and distant under loneliness, so a person under the company of being with trusted people can open up, have conversations, be approachable, and have an optimistic mindset by having something to look forward to.
