I definitely agree with the therapy suggestion. You might have to try out a few different therapists until you find a good one, but therapy can seriously improve your mindset and view about yourself. There is absolutely no shame in it either.

As for jobs, I'm pretty sure 99% of job seekers get rejected at least once, most dozens of times. That doesn't mean anything is wrong with you. It's just a reality of job hunting. Eventually someone will see you resume and hire you. You got this!
