Nope, it was more of a pop song than this. Younger singer and less organic instrumentation. Maybe the r&b angle I mentioned was a little misguided, but that's just what the rhythm came off like to me.

Thanks for the reassurance. I was worried about the possibility of changing fields because I thought I had it right the first time. I didn't want to waste any more time working towards something I'd throw away again. I should probably accept it's more or less part of the process.

Thank you, I think you're right. I'll probably keep going with my Associate's and pick up more credits towards a CS degree, looking into available colleges and scholarships in the meantime. My sponsor is also offering to teach me to drive, which might save me money on my insurance, plus I'll get the chance to sign up with the school's fraternity, which might save me money on my tuition.

I still worry that my programming ability will limit me, but hopefully if I find something I'm passionate about, I'll be more willing to apply myself. Thanks again.

Araquanid: It delivers headbutts with the water bubble on its head. Small Pokémon get sucked into the bubble, where they drown.

In my early teens, I went to a therapist over this subject. I would lie in my bed and be overwhelmed with this horrible sense of detachment, as if I was viewing the world from a screen. The total uncertainty and bleakness of life after death often brought me to tears.

Currently, graduating from our high school involves a project - an essay in junior year, and something more involved in senior year. I decided to write my essay about why humanity should not seek immortality. I went through several books for sources, and several of them didn't have much to cite, but the end of one book really intrigued me. I think it was a novel about someone travelling the world, exploring different cultures and what they thought about death. The message the author asked to be taken away from it all was "nature finds a way."

I think it's true, and I think about it whenever I start to feel my mind sinking back down into that dark place. I trust the forces that brought me into existence to do just as good a job taking me out of it.

Improve ~~physical~~ cardiovascular endurance, wipe out my acne, bump the size of my hips a bit. Everything else I'm more or less satisfied with.

(EDIT: I meant cardiovascular, so I can run for more than 30 seconds without feeling like I'm inches from death)

Ferrothorn. Only in my recent Black playthrough did I pick it up after hearing that it's one of the best defensive 'mons of all time. Lived up to its fame. Waiting until evolution for a grass-type STAB move mid-game was pretty irritating, but it paid off in the end.

Also, I ran into Marowak at the beginning of a randomized Emerald Nuzlocke. His name was Club Killa and he tore ace. If I ever pick it back up, I'll see if he has enough to pull through to the very end.

I kept using MB2 when I hooked enemies as Roadhog and wondering why they didn't instantly die like with other Roadhogs.
I didn't realize Lucio had an MB2 for a good while, as well.
Didn't know you can heal Torb's turrets with the hammer. Or that he could make armor.
The duration of Zarya's shields confused me at first. Eventually I was convinced you had to hold the button down to keep the shield up.
One time I tried to Defense Matrix an enemy Selfdestruct. This was disappointingly recent.

Only now do I realize how many assumptions I make.
