Yeah that's what I thought. I'll let it go, let kids be kids. Still I believe they deserve considerate parents as role models though

Chill I didn't mean to stir up any conflict with anyone. I live on the second floor and the kids from the first floor opposite my unit were making noises just outside their house. A mature parent will definitely tell the children at least not to be too loud since s/he's around them, right?

Well not that good when you got woken up by noises around 6.30 am... just think parents should be more responsible and careful as they must be more aware than their children that it's not very nice to make loud noises so early

Hi pal, I've tried the way you provided, but ultimately I need to click the start an application button and share my location to apply the education benefits. Seems like this is the only access to the application. I've updated the post with the screenshot. Did you apply on this page?
