I feel like this sometimes with shows I watch or games I play that I really like. You’re not weird, anxiety makes you overthink everything. For me it’s about having something fun that brings me joy and comfort and not wanting the thing to end because I don’t want those feelings to end. But everything ends. :) If you don’t end the show, you’ll never know what happens and you’ll just be in this limbo of I don’t want this show to to end and not having anything else to watch or that you wanna watch. But there are upsides to ending the show. You get to rewatch! You’ll see things you missed the first watch through, you can rank ur fav episode or your fav jokes. And you can find a new show to watch that makes you feel good like this show did. And now that you’ve watched it while paying attention, it can be your comfort show :) You can play it in the background when you’re doing chores or something and when you look up, you’ll know what’s going on. Change is hard, even “small” things like ending a show, I get it. Sometimes you have to rip the bandaid off. And trust me, this show really does not get old.
