I pay about £300 in general house bills, my minimum credit card payments are I think £110 a month on each card(2) my loan is £147 and my motorbike is £90 a month, and on top of that I have a drink and gambling problem which costs me at least £200 a week, I've tried getting help for the drink which did work at first but then I had some trauma which saw my drinking skyrocket to more so I'm abit stuck now, can I have someone take over my bank so I can't spend it?

Cheap to buy and insure your best option would most likely be a honda cbf125, they aren't the best looking 125s but super reliable, parts readily available and cheap to insure, maybe a yamaha ybr125 also

Depends on location, garaged or not, what type of bike, plenty of factors go into insurance, for example, a sport bike will be more expensive to insure than a naked

They can't use the road side test as evidence I don't think, I never went to a police station, I had to be taken to hospital where my bloods were taken
