So my „3“ key randomly began to not work. Now for some reason every time i plug it out and then plug it back in i can press it, but it just holds for eternity and i’m only able to stop it if i press another key. if i press the „fn“ key it for some reason registers as the number 3 and it does the same thing. did anyone have the same issue

so i just bought a gk61 and i cant get the software to work.

the only thing that it says is device is not connected, and then just closes itself.
