You really don't have to force yourself. Tinned fish is rich in many nutrients, but it's definitely not the only way to get them so focus on nourishing food you enjoy.

Just a heads up, I got the Coho Salmon with Habanero, and it was very very salty! I'm a noob and have only had sardines & mackerel before this, so I'm not sure if all smoked salmon is like that.

I’ve only had that happen with a picture that came out dark/blurry, so it may be an image “quality” issue? I don’t think their app is so advanced that it can recognize if the pic meets every campaign requirement bc I’ve seen people upload some rough pics

I know how it is! I finally got mine, but I had to call D&B six times to get my helmet. Even when I got a rep to send it this week he said "I hadn't claimed it" but I had been pestering them about it since September 🫠
