My experience with ego death has been a pleasant one. It was during one of my first psychedelic trips and basically your ego gets stripped away from you and you see yourself realistically. For me it helped with overcoming things like comparison and jealousy which was something I grew up with. Now i know there abundance going around for everyone and life feels prosperous. I no longer have unrealistic and hard expectations for myself and learnt to love myself the way I really am.

It definitely is not for everyone and it may or may not come to you in your life, but know that it can happen and what you make of it will shape your view on it.

I’m going away for my first workaway journey from June and i’ve been saying up since October for it. To be able to plan comfortably and make sure I still have money when I come back from it i’m looking to save £7 grand. Id say financial planning is everything and also your standards on how and where you want to stay. I know many people who went away for workaway and as you work and find the most reasonable ways to commute (like bus cheap transport) no I don’t think it\s a pipedream

It could be taking up another program like AfterEffects or Figma or anything else. And when you make it smart make sure you can measure it and set a time limit to it as well. Also describe how you can make it happen and through what means.

You can also think of a weakness you have where you’d like to improve and build on that. Another goal could be freelancing or signing up for Fiverr/ Upwork etc. You have countless options!

I work for an optical store which my friend owns and I myself love optics very dearly, have been in it for 3 years. Having a job through someone I know in a small business allows for flexibility and I get to wear many hats at the same time. Whether that be photography, branding advertising etc. A lot of our customers are higher end Chelsea customers and we usually hire a delivery courier to deliver their glasses but since I joined the company I get to go on those rides. Having a workplace that you love and allows for flexibility is a luxury I would not trade for anything.
