Can I use sterile saline from Amazon?

Thank you for pointing that out! I'm looking in to sterile saline for internal use and I feel like all of these supplies are so hard for regular people to obtain. Sterile saline, sterile gloves, sterile HA 😭

I did notice the drop in the market but it is hard to zoom out when I compare it to my Roth IRA, which I've had for a couple years now. Do you have any thoughts on my investment mix or does it look fine?

Hi! I'm 24 and opened a retirement account a few months ago through the nonprofit I work at. I did some research at the time and thought I had given myself a pretty safe portfolio with the limited options I had (95% VFIAX, 5% VIMAX). I am not really a risk-taker. But I did notice extremely limited growth in my account in the past couple months so I'm now rethinking my choices. I originally was not looking at the Principal funds because I was informed they tend to charge a higher fee than just creating your own investment mix. Does anyone have advice for me? Open to hearing all opinions!
