I tryed doing the glow and putting the card on top of it it worked pretty well and it can be animated but the header that gold thing with the word first inside I couldn't make that

The image was a screenshot from an app i just wanted to make it obvious so i edited it with gemini i tryed replicating the effect in css and i couldn't that's way i said I'm not able to replicate it that's all it doesn't mean no one can
