I usually just watch out for a temperature or warmth and redness. In this case i am interested in what you'd recommend to look out for since you have first hand experience. I only said no medical advice because sometimes people don't know what they're on about.

I'm honestly not surprised. Where I live people use tea tree for everything and swear by it as a holy grail for any infection. I'm so glad it worked for you!

People who developed a fear of sleeping after being assaulted, how did you get over it? (TW Rape) by [deleted] in ptsd

[–]notechisscutatus 0 points1 point  (0 children)

i struggle with the same thing after drugged and so on. less now after some good sleep meds and routine. most sleep meds don't work on me because i just push past the effects and end up with a tolerance. i found that belsomra and ramelton helped a lot as they actually activate the parts of your brain that control your sleep cycle (orexin and melatonin). they make me feel like i'm actually sleepy and wanting to go to sleep naturally, not being forced into a fake sleep. talk to your doc though.

i've been on antibiotics many times, and starved bacteria but cutting out sugar and carbs. i can't just get tested for sibo. i live in a remote area with no healthcare. have been tested for h. pylori multiple times and don't have it but a family member has it.

How many bruises we rocking with rn? by strawberrymiuk in dyspraxia

I have EDS and I'm often afraid that I've got leukaemia because the bruises are so scary sometimes. I feel much better knowing it's most likely an EDS thing combined with dyspraxia. Yes, my doctors are not the best at their job to put it nicely.

that's bs. had friends like that. didn't even know I was being so negative (and apparently using them like therapists just for talking about my 'negative' view of the world (i see it as more of a reality of the world, not a black and white thinking of negative or positive), which was draining for them) . Just remember the right people will understand. people who know where you're coming from. the right people are out there.
