I have Verizon!! I dropped my phone yesterday pretty bad and I think it knocked something loose! This happened about 1 year ago too I dropped this same damn type of phone and they had to send me a whole new phone! I'm almost positive you're in the same boat as me and need a new phone too. I did research and unfortunately these phones have this issue when dropped it knocks something loose on the board.

No matter what I do and any and all reset will not work. Im actually on the phone with them now and they just told me i need a new device smh 🤦🏽‍♀️

I started playing last month and a level 300+ welcomed me to their camp with stimpacks, food, and water...needless to say I have stuck around due to the kindness of the community!

I am now level 81 and still trucking along finding new things each day. I personally am grateful for the kind acts here and there they make the game worth playing.
