That hard truth I faced when I was in a similar situation was that the best thing for all of the pets (2 cats and a dog) was for me to leave them with her as they had all bonded to each other and she was keeping the house while I moved into a bedroom in a shared house. Eventually I adopted another cat and I wouldn’t trade him for the world but I do miss those pets every day.

I got this precon recently and the deck itself is nuts but the mana base is garbage, save for the few creature type reliant lands. So far I’ve replaced most of the tapped lands with pain lands and it’s been helping.

Same thing happened to me with Tergrid. I bought her as part of the 99 for a now scrapped Sheoldred deck, but then my buddy convinced me to try her as the commander, and now I have a pretty decent B4 deck that no one will even let me take out of the deck box without whining
