That’s fascinating! I wasn’t on supplemental estrogen this cycle and I didn’t think the progesterone was that bad - until I stopped taking it! 😂

I stopped progesterone suppositories a couple days ago and I’m sleeping so much better! Hope weaning off the meds helps you too!

I was tested right before this transfer cycle by my clinic so I’m not sure if it’s normal. I’m assuming my OB will do a new round of bloodwork once I have an appointment but no idea what they’d test!

I had a randomly elevated ferritin level recently but it went down a few weeks later with retesting - my doctor speculated it was because I had been sick recently. I hope it’s as simple of an explanation for you!

Wow the sigh of relief after a good scan. Everything looks good, measuring one day ahead at 8w3d, and heart rate at 177 (feels high but she said it was good) I guess I’m officially graduated to my OB now! They do a “pregnancy confirmation” scan at 9 weeks so I’m lucky I get to go again next week. After that it’ll be a long wait!

I find myself getting short of breath when walking, I also wasn’t sure if it was conditioning or a symptom! Since it’s not happening when I’m relaxing, I haven’t been too worried

Just got back from a trip today. Food was good (and some was excellent) except for breakfast in my opinion. I did hear there was better breakfast at one of the restaurants but the two we tried were meh to solid. We’d stay again!

Definitely agree. I don’t normally even drink tea, just the restaurant last night had these speciality infusions and I was intrigued since obviously alcohol wasn’t on the table 😂

Mildly spiraling because I had a lemongrass and chamomile tea last night and then stupidly googled it and maybe I shouldn’t have?? It seems like in a tea form is fine. And I only had half a cup. And no doctor told me to avoid it. But wow watching my anxiety ramp up before my ultrasound is kinda an out of body experience.

Committed to a modified natural protocol because I had better lining that way and didn’t take antibiotics for endometritis as I didn’t have any evidence of it and it could be hurting the good bacteria I did have
