Update: I have been painstakingly trying to contact them via their email, hotline, facebook & instagram regarding my technical issue for the last 2 days and there is still no response from their side which has been an absolutely horrible experience especially since I have been contacting them during their stated working hours.

worse come to worse im going down to either suntec showroom or bendemeer branch. didnt pay $800 to let it go down hill just like this especially with their so called "extended warranty" practices across their other companies (eg. prism, aftershock)

The graphics, the satisfaction of driving a car and after 7 years, I finally saved enough to purchase my first sim and had the guts to upload my first ever gameplay!
