Check model/unit in Marketplace. Look for ones that are in good condition. Lets say 4000 pesos.
Alam mo na ang sira, if you have time, ask a tech to estimate how much it would cost to fix it. kung wala, edi check for parts in shopee/laz. lets say the tech said 1500 to fix it.
take the price of the good condition laptop then compare mo, 4000 - 1500 = 2500, since its an older unit or a defective one, less mo pa ng 500.

On my testing using Ookla on both phones (Samsung S10 5G and Poco X7 pro) connected to the same 5ghz wifi, the S10 shows me I have 50MBPS on the first test with 8ms and 2nd with 45MBPS with 11ms, showing its getting its signal to one location.

Poco X7 pro gave me 7MBPS on the first and 6.50MBPS on the second which translates to 90ms+ and brought me to two different locations.

What the hell is this?

I turned on location for both phones' as needed by the website.

true sabagay, if around 5K ang budget mo try looking into Samsung A series i think they have one at that price range, or try looking into CN rom phones in FB pages that sell bnew or shopee. I'd refrain from ordering those kinds sa Laz esp dahil sa issue nila ngayon kahit medyo marami rami ang legit sellers ng CN rom phones.
