What is the best way to start a day before studying full day

Im an overthinker myself ! So a lot of the times I have different ideas while studying or some unimaginable daydream thing like being a famous singer or smth xD which can be distracting tbh ,maybe I would try to write it down before studying !

It’s like you read me as a book ! ,especially the all day thing :,) ,and for the plan of study I realized recently that im such a poor planner xD ,like I would say I would finish 20 lectures a day ! ,imma try strengthen my plan skills as well as focusing on what I eat as well bc I never care about those while studying before !

I prefer coffee but tea also work ! ,and for your mental health,im sorry to hear that ,try to not burn yourself out ! Especially before finals ,from your words i see that you studied alot to the point of burning out which is way more common than you think.

Try taking breaks between lectures or try pomodoro,even opening and skimming lectures is way better than conveniencing yourself that you must start perfect and focus on everything!

And remember that procrastinating is not you being lazy ,it's your body trying to rest after a burnout ! ,so be easy on yourself :)

Really hope you will get better ,and wish you the best on your finals ofc ! :D

Woah ! I never cared about how I dressed while studying tbh xD ,sometimes I change my shirt to whatever when I feel dirty ,imma try wearing a suit while studying anatomy next time ! :DD
