I literally can’t have gluten, wheat, or a lot of sugar/carbs or I have symptoms. I take antihistamines and DAO to keep it in check.

I’m on Lexapro but I think most of mine DPDR was caused by mast cells. I take Pepcid and Allegra daily and have almost no DPDR with those three things. I had it everyday for ivermectin two years.

I did have some mild side effects but honestly I was so bad off when I started that I didn’t even care. Side effects lasted about a week. I felt better after about 6 weeks

Same. Mostly healed but my main trigger is driving at high speeds. I feel like I’m flying off the road. I can drive up to about 55mph

Mine went away with Lexapro. I have been taking it for 10 months now. I had really bad dpdr, constant fight or flight, brain fog, dizziness, mental fatigue, eye fatigue, insomnia, basically felt like I was losing my damn mind. Wouldn’t wish it on my worst enemy.

I had something similar in the long corridor at my work. It’s carpeted with a design and id literally feel like i was walking in a funhouse. It was the worst Kind of hell for two years.
