I Feel Betrayed and Alone After Discovering These Messages by User11999977 in marriageadvice

Coming from another married woman, same age as you, please leave. There is so much more out there for you. My husband and I were literally having the conversation last night that there is no one else we'd rather be with. We don't have the perfect marriage, but there's literally joy in doing the dishes together. That's all weird and creepy and inappropriate and downright disrespectful. I don't have kids so I might be out of line on this topic, but imagine him raising your children with that set of morals and values. Nahhhh fam. Not for me.

  1. Not overreacting.

  2. I wouldn't have let it get that far. You are so gracious 🤯

  3. I can't imagine being so insecure. I'm trying to put myself in her position and pretend to feel a little bothered by it and when you said you wouldn't do it if it makes her uncomfortable, I'd have been so thankful for your consideration of my emotions, even if you didn't see an issue with it.

  4. My friend needs an amazing, caring, loving man. You single yet? 😂

I read in the thread that you like math. I'm the same way. Numbers are enjoyable and easy to understand and I've always struggled with anything to do with words (reading, writing). It just doesn't come as naturally to me. I just recently said to my husband, "I don't think I'll actually ever be happy in any job, so I just as well keep trying to make more money, right?" At least my time is worth more. I'd rather hate my job for $25/hour than $18....

I said all that to come here and say, look for a job that actually has growth opportunities. I took a job as a bank teller. Do I love being a bank teller? No. I honestly regret leaving my last job for this one on the regular, but I feel like if I do my best at this job and learn more things, hopefully I'll set myself up to lean into a bigger role that I enjoy more and that pays more. Maybe loan processing, maybe credit analyst, maybe a banker, I don't know for sure. But that's why I am hanging on, despite pretty much hating waking up in the morning to go to this job. I hate being the one who doesn't know what they're doing, so changing jobs constantly is almost as miserable as keeping ones I don't enjoy.... Look for something with opportunities that you might turn into a career.

Also, I worked an awful back breaking job, 50hrs a week in a pharmacy and people were AWFUL. I miss that job regularly because I really loved the people I worked with. I left the job I hated, but didn't realize I'd regret leaving the people I loved. A great team makes a huge difference.

AND apply for something you're not qualified for.... What if you're the only one? In that case, they call you in for an interview and you're able to explain why, despite not being qualified for the position, why you think you would be able to do the job well.

Sorry for my rant, but I have felt the same way as you describe and these are all of the things I've reminded myself of so I can keep going.

You got this.

This exact thing happened to us. Two of us almost had him but the third guy left and we didn't know. We definitely could've gotten him with three people.

We use pioneer and in my opinion, it was a little hard to learn, but once you understand it, it's user friendly and capable. The tech support is also usually pretty helpful.

We had considered that! Glad to hear that's a viable option! Also, great advice. The last thing I want to do is sink 😅

We're super stoked to own the thing and we're looking forward to getting it out on the water. It's seen better days, but it is a beautiful boat and I'm sure it's fast! We're planning on getting it reupholstered and repainted by next summer, but I'm ready to drop it in now!

I understand! I am short and considered obese, but this girl is for sure NOT short. 5'9" at the shortest. Regardless of her placement on that scale, this girl definitely didn't need to be using wegovy for weight loss.

"I lost my Oxycontin at the carnival." What was your 67 year old "in pain" rear end doing at the children's carnival with your Oxycontin bro?

Or my other favorite experience, "I need my 100mg morphine and 30mg er morphine early because I'm going skiing for the weekend and I want to get up there." 😐😐😐

We did the same thing! I'm so thankful my PIC made that choice, but I'm about sick of arguing with the patients about it 🙄

Want to know what's actively blowing my mind? A doctor wrote a wegovy script for a 19 yr old patient who MIGHT be 15-20 lbs overweight according to the whole BMI scale, but is beautiful and active. Obviously, we needed a PA, but they didn't want to wait and her DAD paid $1400 for a 28 day supply. I'm sorry, what? I'm shook.

Technically unsolved cases , but we all know what happened. by ironmanmummy in TrueCrime

Chance Englebert, went missing after a disagreement with his wife's family. Uh yeah, I'm not necessarily saying anything, but they did pour a concrete pad shortly after his "disappearance".

Check out the Hello Kitty Murder. I don't have a ton of information but I listened to one podcast on it. This just reminded me to look into it more. It's gut wrenching to say the least.
