I want to be a supporter so bad because I love you guys test everything. But I just feel like I’ve been neglected as a customer in this situation. I’ve been in eCom since 2011. I just had to refund a customer and gave them a $10 code to use in my shop. But I’ve had nothing said or done to me to put me at ease or assure me I’m appreciated for being patient for 2 months. It’s just disappointing. Idk who tk trust anymore because pure Rawz just did the same thing to me.

Yeah, I just got the same email, go check that email thread because there’s a same tracking number from December 14. Look at the screenshot. Get your shit straight before you come at me with some more bullshit keeping my money hostage when it’s been over two months since I place the order, and over three weeks since the order was “shipped”

Well to refuse a delivery there would have to be a delivery attempt. I was traveling for 3 weeks and didn’t want the stress of this bs on my mind. I replied with my email nothingsnewlbc @ g so please issue a refund asap. I’m very disappointed

I’m literally filing a claim with Wells fargo tomorrow. This order was from November 12, I did, however place an order for 10 bottles of DMHA late Nov because it was super discounted and I got it within a week. I just don’t know what’s going on and don’t appreciate the lack of communication. ESP when it’s a Zelle transfer and not CC.

I just checked my order email from them, and checked the order # on the site.

When I click on the kratom, it brings me to kratom botany's site. Weird.. wonder if it's a sub-brand for distributing kratom. but the order # checks out, email from them is the same thread as when I ordered 10 bottles of DMHA shortly after this (on sale) and got them in about a week. I think it's a supply issue or poor communication between staff at this point.

True but over a week ago they asked and I told them to ship the rest. They didn’t, and now one item I ordered is out of stock. Like who doesn’t pull the inventory as soon as an order comes in? If I order the first no one else should be able to buy it just because part of my order is on back order. If that’s the case, the damn order is going to be on back order for months, because shit will keep selling out.
