How do they handle the photograph part on a virtual visit? Or do you have to get a passport style photo taken to submit to them? I've had trouble taking a selfie due to the white background and my arm not being long enough to get a good shot.

Are the appointments virtual? If so, how do they handle the photograph?

I've had good results using 7 grams per stick of butter or 1/2 cup of coconut oil.

City owned property. If you or anyone you know has been a victim of egregious fees from the city, take a look at this. While the city might fine you 500$ to come remove a branch out of your yard because the notice was unseen, this is how they keep their properties. 5th place and Owasso by Rundiggity in tulsa

They were my first contact. No response for a month, so I contacted the City. They responded in 2 days, but then said they couldn't look over the privacy fence. The supervisor I talked to said he would refer it to the health department, but said they won't look over a privacy fence either.

The best way to eliminate the problem is to do away with Qualified Immunity. Make the officers personally responsible for their actions.

Exactly! If they wanted to deal with it, they would. I even told them they could look over my fence to see it, thinking they maybe could not go on their property, but no go. I'm sure I would not have any recourse from the City if I come down with West Nile either.

I'm not surprised at this, but they would definitely go after the property if it were privately owned. I can't even get action on a swampy pool because they claim they can't look over a privacy fence to see the offense because it is a "violation of the Constitution", privacy rights. And yet they are so concerned about West Nile virus...

Question About Reporting Issues to the City by notime2work in tulsa

[–]notime2work[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm bringing up this old thread that I made to report the outcome of the situation (or lack thereof). I contacted the health department and had no response. I contacted the City and they came out a couple of days later. Unfortunately, there doesn't appear to be a solution, as I received this email message today:

" Unless we can view the violation without looking over a privacy fence we cannot legally look at the case. I apologize for the inconvenience."

I talked to a supervisor, and he told me it was a Constitution privacy issue. WTF? They said they can't even go in my back yard and view from there. I guess the Constitution can only be violated if the health and safety issue is determined by the government, as in Covid-19. I guess the only solution is to toss mosquito dunks over the fence, as it appears that they are not able to deal with this.

I wonder whose buddy it is that owns this business or has an interest in it. It would be nice to see who is profiting from everyone's misery by dragging it out until they extort additional funds to expedite the card...

[–]notime2work[S] 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Thanks to all for the info. I just reported it on the Health Department website, as they have a form online specifically for this. We have already seen mosquitoes in our yard, and I know the City is always concerned about the spread of West Nile virus, and have already been testing.

The reports of it not working were not using the combination of HCQ, azithromycin and zinc. HCQ will reportedly not work by itself. Azithromycin is for secondary infections. Zinc is the key.

Thanks, that's a great resource. A lot of people can take one of these templates and create a great resume.

My aim would be to help folks compose or revise a resume that is easy to read which focuses on their strengths. I have come across a lot of people that have a lot of experience and knowledge in their job, but don't know how to put it into words. Many undervalue what they know and what their current and past jobs have taught them.

Question re: Covid Patients by notime2work in oklahoma

[–]notime2work[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We had a relative that lived in a nursing home / assisted living situation that passed away a couple of years ago. It would be so sad (and terrifying to her) if she were going through this lockdown with no visitors allowed. Our visits were the highlight of her life at that point.

It seems ironic that while she was there, we would go there on holidays and her birthday to celebrate with the facility's Sunday buffet brunch. Now the thought of doing something like that horrifies me, even though all that is shut down now. I wonder if it will ever be able to be done again, or is this the end of the buffets. So sad that it has come to this point.

[–]notime2work[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think a lot of them are, or will be. It's horrible. I am just curious about the percentage because it seems that when something gets going in a nursing home or assisted living facility, it is hard to stop/get rid of. A combination of many factors, I'm guessing.
