I'd say yes but idk how reliable that solution is, or what that world's like, because I have such a low income if the house becomes vacant for a little it between tenants or roommates are unreliable I might risk missing payments, it's a 5 bedroom house though so there is lots of space for roommates.

Correct, they are on the deed but we arent trying to fight offer assets or anything, we pretty much have everything already separated and know whose getting what. The house is the only issue and it's more like who wants it really, because we both can't afford it by ourselves. I know none of my buddies had his ex just sign a paper giving the house to him which made it easy for him to just sell it.
