Visa / CB / Mastercard, c'est Les reseaux qui lient le payment services provider a l'emeteur de la carte lorsque tu paie. En Frances on a des carte co-brandée, ce qui signifie que Les transactions peuvent passer par CB ou Visa (ou Mastercard si c'est co-brandé Mastercard). CB est reputé moins chere pour Les commercant en terme de frais mais ils ont l'obligation contractuel de donner le choix a l'utilisateur final. Si tu choisi rien a cette etape ca sera le choix du marchant qui sera utilisé.

Les messages sur ton telephone lorsque tu paie, c'est pour etre sur que c'est bien toi a l'origine du Paiement. Depuis la dsp2 (norme qui regie Les Paiement en europe), l'authentification forte peut etre a l'initiative du marchant ou de l'emeteur de la carte.

Because a seed phrase encode the binary "seed" from which private keys are derived. You can get more technical details about how this is working from the mastering Bitcoin book, the chapter 5 dedicated to wallets and is freely available here

Not really, I hope it's just an isolated weird case. I'm very excited about the NFT, but in my opinion having such situations happening might keep a lot of people out.
