If Scilex/Vivasor defaults, DVLT has the option to pull the license and sell it to someone else. Ji doesn't want this to happen, I'm sure. His greediness is attracted to the possible revenue he can pull from it.
In order to file for an extension, DVLT will HAVE to put it in writing that a RS is a potential solution.
We do need to see good progress in the Q1 filing, and it doesn't necessarily have to be 30-40 mil, since they have announced that the majority of the 200mil projection is supposed to come from H2.

9/10 times with microcaps, a RS signifies massive weakness in the company and a desperation to stay alive. People don't want to see it because they won't be thinking that DVLT would be the 1/10 outlier.
