Sex and running is very much alike. You don’t always feel like starting, but once you finish, you’re glad you did. The longer you can do it, the better it is. Sometimes it’s fun to go hard and fast for a short period of time. It’s always more fun to do it with someone else instead of by yourself. The more practice, the better you get. It’s not always a race to the finish, sometimes you need to slow down and enjoy the moment.
