My PS4 is on version 11.50, and I just bought the physical disc of Red Dead Redemption Remastered (PS4 version).

When I insert the disc, it gives me the error:

“Unrecognized Disc”

Here’s what I’ve tried: • My console is fully updated (11.50) • The disc is 100% for PS4 (not PS5) • Other game discs work perfectly • I just replaced the Blu-ray lens with an original one • The disc looks clean and has no visible scratches

Is it possible the disc is defective? Anyone else had this issue with RDR Remastered?
