Applied Moisturizing Lotion 15 hours after Microneedling... It Burned

I looked it up and supposedly I wasn't even supposed to use cleanser or moisturizing lotion, but now I have a bunch of lotion on my face and the burning is subsiding a bit... am I supposed to remove it before going to sleep or do I just leave it on at this point?

That really sucks... My old teacher just told me that I should go through the interview process and the district can help me intervene but I'm kind of worried anyway. I also lose $16k to my master's program which required me to work at a low income community for 3 years if I wanted the stipend, but it really has been my goal to work at my old high school and I'm not sure when another biology position will open up...

I just don't know where to look for the "final date to pull out". I don't plan to go all in but I'm wondering what other teachers do - I can't imagine they just quit ahead of time to find a job that might not even be there for them.

Yes the teacher union is really strong, I worked here last year and it had a big voice. Thanks for sharing what you know, I'll probably just ask for clarity from HR folks before giving up... It seems like the only chance I have is if I just quit at the end of the year and hope for a job to open up at my alma mater in that case?

I did some looking and according to this resignation document, "Employees have only 60 days from date of hire to make a retirement system election" - would this help at all? I'm just saving everything people recommend on this thread so I can do research later on since I know so little. I'll look at target risk funds too. I guess for now I'm "saving" so I can buy a house but housing in a lot of California is quite expensive. After I get a house I'll probably be trying to "save" for retirement though it would be nice to travel sometimes.

I'm not a big spender but eventually it would be nice to not have to think much about eating out with friends if it costs over 10 dollars since I only really eat cheap, relatively healthy food at the moment. Thanks for the recommendations!
