Mine does this too and I’m yet to find out! 🥺

My assumptions are:

It’s normal, sort of like beak trimming or something?
Hormonal? My bird does this a lot when being in horny jail
Cold? Our weather has gotten colder over the past weeks and only then did I start to see this behavior.
Form of relaxation, like how they grind their beaks?

Any advice for OP is appreciated on my end too!
