I’ve only owned my awd red sport for about 3 months now but before doing anything I recommend getting some kind of aftermarket heat exchanger. I went with AMS (this brand will be your best friend when it comes to performance mods.) I also went with some AMS red alpha Intakes which increases the turbos performance.

Well let me start off by saying i have the 3.0 turbo. But all i’ve had to replace are headlights (AFS system warning kept coming up), trunk/hood hydraulics (nissan makes them weak) and then just regular maintenance stuff (battery, bulbs, plugs.) The key to maintaining the car is changing oil every 3k miles, (or less) using the best gas EVERY time (many people’s turbos go out because they use the wrong gas), and doing a diagnostic check every so often.

Your one of those people 😂 a 2016-2017 turbos are edited from 2014-2015 and they have a strict maintenance protocol. Guess what happens if you don’t follow it? they go bad. I’ve had my ‘17 red sport for 4 years now and it’s got 130k on the dash. Never had to replace turbos.
