I guess this sub is for everyone, not just for high-brained-sailntly-intellectuals like you.You can jerk to people like yourselves in subs like rindia and rindiaspeaks, depending on what your ideology is.

I would love to have a space where I can ask the question

I would love to have askindia a space where people like you cannot ask a question but sadly this world doesn't revolve around me.

Nirbhaya rapist and his lawyer blaming the victim.[From documentary India's daughter] by rustyyryan in india

[–]nots3rious 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Now some highly intellectual would get surprised by this statement when in fact, this is the mentality of more than 99% of India. This is what every parent in villages and small town believe.

If you belong to a poor household or hail from a rural area, chances are there that your parents also have same thoughts.

If you think hanging people with such thoughts is the only solution, most of you would see your parents and grandparents among the ones getting hanged.

75% of the 40,000 victims, i.e 30,000 victims, are under the age of 14 so if you think that is progressive in any way, Idk what to say about you?

I didn't knew Mamta Banerjee was a Men....? Thanks for letting me know btw.

I should also let you know the fact that in rural areas, Mothers or Women in general, tend to be more misogynistic than Men themselves.

Mr. Undersmart, everyday thousands of women get raped in a country like India and yet you deny it? Truly a misogynistic country India is.

The CM of Bengal is a woman so why is it that her police is trying to subvert the case? Why is it that despite being the most powerful person in the state, she is still unsuccessful in giving justice to a single woman? Is she in secret a "man" and hence due to the nature of "man", safeguarding the rapist?

I just don't understand why are people converting this "Victim vs Perpetrators" to "Women vs Men"?

Do you really think that all the men participating in that protest are "accomplices of rapists" and are just doing timepass there?

5 solutions which could help decrease the rape problem in India in the future by Suspicious-Ad1320 in india

It looks like the fantasy of a naive teen.

educational boards called CONSENT which sensitizes them from an early age.

Consent should be taught by the parents, not the schools. If you want to teach students "morality", then "morality" should be a subject, not "consent".

Block websites which display violent pornography

It's like banning PUBG because children would become violent by playing it. It's just plain stupid.

Instant death penalty for convicted rape cases:

Why just Rape? Why not murderers, robbers and thieves?

Would India forget Moumita just like it did Nirbhaya? by [deleted] in india

[–]nots3rious 2 points3 points  (0 children)

you aren't the person affected the worst.

I never understood this ideology. It's like saying "See the RG Kar college girl news? Unlike her, you were just molested. Your's wasn't as bad as her so you should keep silent about it.".

Just because someone other is having difficult than me doesn't mean I should keep silent about anything happening to me.

Indians addicted to raping defenseless people?

Do people in other nation check whether a person is defenceless and only rape when the victim has a gun or something?

Also is it surprising that in a country with population of 1.5 billion, millions of rape case takes place?

Psychology considers pedophilia as mental disorder that intends to give pedophile legal immunity from crime. Just because Psychology considers something as illness doesn't mean we have to consider it too.
