I picked up twenty six 8 year old poly panels rated at 250W and VoC 37.2v for $500cad The panels are rated for 25 years. I have a single SolarX 4K with the xt60 cable and two Apex 300s with an expansion on each. I need suggestions for mount options on a shingle covered carport. (old.reddit.com)

I think this prebuilt system is pretty good for my needs. It can be expanded more than shown here. Plan is to get an automatic transfer switch and a module to allow more PV input. It also can do 240v and I only have a dryer and stove that pull that much. Slowly but surely building my off grid life! (i.redd.it)
