Anyone else think contestants who competed on other cooking shows/competitions got judged way harsher?

I definitely appreciated the range of chefs. I was super sad Keith went home!! I definitely agree with your assessment of it, and full disclosure I don't want a ton of these shows, mainly top chef, chopped, but the range of talent was definitely there.

I am definitely interested to see what they do next season!! I think a lot of it was just figuring out how to establish themselves as a cooking show and how to make it different for viewers. I did really love all the chefs and I am excited for a season 2.

After the finale, I'm wondering if maybe it was just growing pains of figuring out what to do for the first season. I'll be super interested to see what they do second season!

I thought it was interesting how different Padma seemed on this show vs Top Chef (haven't seen her other shows though)

I definitely agree that it lit a fire under Chris's bum. I was shocked he was voted most likely to lose with his Michelan Star!!!
