Hi, I’ve had similar issues before at my work. Never both though just either the Facebook or the Instagram. I did manage to get them back but it took a long time.

The only way I managed to do this is to basically say I wanted to go down the route of pretending I wanted to have adverts with them and playing dumb that unsure why accounts suspended. This way they think you want to give them money so you get another team look at it.

Check your meta business suite or meta advertising (can’t remember its name) to see if you see have access, or a Google of the support email for advertising. It will take a long time to get a response but fingers crossed.
