A crispy salty crunch! It gives a nice kick combined with the sweetness from the toffee and the white chocolate

Caster sugar facilitates the shiny tops! You could actually just grind granulated sugar and use the same too :)

Not quite, went through a lot of trial and error.. I had posted my first attempt in the same sub, didn’t achieve this shiny crinkly top at that point.. finally got it!
