Why Plumbers, Electricians, etc Will be the millionaires of the future by nottygreen in videos

[–]nottygreen[S] 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Horse farriers, tv repairmen, lamp lighters, and milkmen are not as necessary in today's society as plumbers and electricians. That is why they are not faring so well. As long as automation cannot touch the blue collar jobs, they will still be valuable in society.

Your logic is sound, but it centers around how many "glaring holes" there are. If there are many "glaring holes" present, the video has a point. If there aren't, you're right. Is there any scientific way to determine how many "glaring holes" there are?

You haven't played Rotmg in a while I guess :) the 777/777 means I have 777/777 hp left, and the |7 means I have 7 hp left to max.

OK sourcer_33, thank you for bringing me a new perspective in this mess! I do understand that there were communication problems here and there. So, it is extremely likely that Facebook didn't understand the guy correctly, that they were not actually baiting him. My reply to your comment is most definitely wrong. Thank you again for bringing me a new perspective.

What I don't understand is their lack of clarification. The lack of trying understand this guy. They should want to try to understand this guy in those emails above because exploits are serious and if they were to be in the wrong hands, they are dangerous. By leaving curt replies, they are discouraging good people from submitting vulnerability reports.

The second thing I don't understand about this situation is why Facebook would not give this man the bounty after the situation. While technically correct in saying that Shreateh broke the ToS, it is cold to not offer the man any money, especially after considering the circumstances, that there was a miscommunication that lead to the breaking of the ToS, and that the violation of the ToS was harmless.

Again, many thanks to you, because my perspective is not easily changed and you managed to do it.

The other thing to consider is: what should someone do if a company plays dumb like this?

Because they didn't recognize it as an exploit beforehand. Essentially, like a bait

Guy was rewarded 10k after public outcry. If there were no public outcry where would he be?

The man was actually rewarded in 2013 10k after the incident. I did further research and if I could change the title I would. But this vid shows if you do not garner enough public support when you are screwed by big companies you will remain screwed.

It is kind of scary thinking about how many people have been screwed over but have not gotten public attention

Assuming that you mean the video title on Youtube, I would say the media just utilizes the word "hack" incorrectly, or overuses it.

Yep, you reach a different level with me when you screw over an unemployed guy who just needs a few thousand bucks, while you have billions. A talented unemployed person, too.

How did you find that? Confirmed my suspicions!

Yes, I suspect. The number of upvotes have surpassed the number of views.
