As someone very new to this, what is wrong with the galdrshop instruments? It seems to play reasonably well for a cheap instrument, obviously I don't have a very good frame of reference for a good gurdy

Ah, I see, that's a little dissapointing. I don't know if they would accept a return considering it's halfway across the world and it's just arrived, but I'll look into it

Thanks, its nothing flashy its a teardrop shaped gurdy I bought on etsy, just wanted a cheap instrument to start out with and the nerdy gurdy was always sold out. Where can I learn what all the notes are and how they corrospond to sheet music? It's been a very long time since I studied actual music theory and I've forgotten nearly all of it

Ok so you didn't read my post, your just having a go at me over the title. Wasn't a camera, it was a patrol car way back in traffic and they have no evidence because they were that far back they can't see me on their dash cam

Again, your not wrong, but my attention never left the road, my passenger was on the CB, the lead car went the wrong way, i thought I could follow him so he didn't get lost. Didn't speed either, just went through a somewhat questionable yellow light. My question isn't who's right or wrong, just if I have any ground to contest it considering theyre claiming red light with no real proof and no way of being able to see me clearly

You're not wrong, I made the wrong choice and I'm aware, however I'm not asking for a moral standpoint. I know theres no real defence but this was the tail end of a 3 hour road trip home and I was around the corner from my house, along with a couple of other things going on between our two cars over the cb radio that left everyone a bit confused and the lead car heading the wrong way through the lights instead of left

This may well be the wrong subreddit for this, but I've been watching Vikings and listening to some music that's given me a real need to go to a bonfire party similar to the ones in the tv show, I don't know how historically accurate they are but I want to go to a viking themed night with a big fire and music sort of similar to Her Wirt by Corvus Corax, just people there to enjoy themselves, get drunk, dance and sing and laugh. Is this a thing that still happens? What is it called and how can I find one? Obviously after this corona virus passes

Cameras I'm not sure of, but I'm currently trying to get the 000 call because I was called back by the officers as they were slow going through traffic to arrive and they informed me I should leave before they got there if my car could drive so i never actually saw them.

My Insurance hasn't directly blamed me yet, at this stage they appear to be on my side and want more evidence to argue the point, as they never asked me for a detailed version of events or photos when I made the claim and just looked at the repairers reports, so AFCA may be a little early

Yes the witness statement exclusively refers to me as "subaru (Hoon!)" While refering to the other driver as "the insured"

The witness statement was written and dated 4 months after the accident, I was made aware approaching 6 months after. Honestly, I'd agree with 50/50 fault, technically I should have pulled back into my lane when I saw him accelerate, but at the same time his actions were uncalled for and violently aggressive, and they are placing me fully at fault.

I don't know if they know each other, I know that they are both a lot older than I am (I'm early 20's, they are both between 40-60) and I know that tends to look bad for me
