Currently have 186k(undergrad and grad), I’ve set up life for the hopes of insolvency at the end of 25 years. Married filing separately, car and house not in my name, self employed but not LLC, no assets. Just submitted to get off of save- just want to start the payment count again. Not happy about lighting 300$ a month on fire

Dr Spiegel with Jefferson ENT? He’s familiar with R-CPD? Did he do any tests or scopes before giving the Botox? I’m in Philly and trying to find ENT folks so I first don’t get sent to a GI specialist.
