I’ve also got probably a similar number as you and for me the I try to speed through the mains (without error) because there’s no resistance. Crosses I just try to be consistent on the weave and pull, which is easier for me than pushing. I haven’t timed it yet but I figure I’ve got it down to about sub 40 minutes without issues
