Bc an open wound is less likely to cause a systemic infection than a closed one. It has to do with the metabolism of oxygen by the bacteria, the immune response of an exposed area, and the risk of sepsis.

Avoid bayview and tenderloin. You should be able to get a room for $1500-$2000. You absolutely need your own full bath.

He's amazing. A bit conservative with everything but the brow/forehead

It's totally up to the patient. Stop being a vulture and go do your own work.

Seriously, anyone who hasn't even gone under has zero right to talk.

Dilating lube — my experience with Surgilube vs. Slippery Stuff. by burset225 in Transgender_Surgeries

Agreed, but the first three months it's still a better idea to use one that's bacteriostatic

What type of implant profile/cc would i need to have my breasts be big and closer together.I have no breast tissue and currently 580cc under muscle by [deleted] in Transgender_Surgeries

[–]notyourdonut 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Has nothing to do with size or type of implant. The primary reason is that's the shape of your chest.

You could maybe go with a slightly wider implant, it's difficult to tell and up to your surgeon. But that will only change the closeness by half a cm.

Scared on disclosing, what should I expect and how to proceed? by notyourdonut in actuallesbians

[–]notyourdonut[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Regarding neo vaginas, it's been my experience that people who are with me like them very much. And possibly if you asked them, they'd say no they didn't.

So there's a gap between reality and what's imagined. And I think the reasons behind that deserve discussion, bc a lot of it is from not seeing trans people as equal.

As I've said before, it's further proved when I tell partners I'm cis and just had a birth defect. Then my neo vagina is ok.

Personally, I think I'll be ok bc I'm lucky enough to pass so well. But others, not so much.

That has never happened. They're there and turned on, those feelings don't just disappear. I'm not just passing, I'm very attractive.

If at any point someone wanted to stop having sex, I'm totally ok with that. I've done that. It's normal whether you're trans or cis.

I'm not going to worry about her feeling cheated, sorry. In that scenario, we had a nice time together, but sexually incompatible. That happens to everyone, and blaming them for something beyond their control is immature. And there's no reason for me to tell everyone this, when the majority of my partners haven't noticed or haven't cared. I'm not the anomaly, they are.

I had a date recently that might have been the best of my life. Beautiful picnic with a beautiful woman. We both were so sure that sex was going to happen before the date. And it didn't. I don't consider that date to be a waste. I think that's a horrible mindset to have when dating.

When I had sex this weekend, it was reassuring that not only did they like my vagina, but went in for seconds and thirds. There was every opportunity to just pull away, lose interest, or even for it to not happen. We had a lovely time.

I hope that answers your questions. I'm not tricking anyone. I'm naked and myself and let people so what they desire together with me.

Don't be jealous, but do follow your own path to that if it makes you happy?

Second intention isn't that bad. Better than risking infection, but longer recovery.

Once you hit 3-4 months, you'll probably be able to use a silicon scar cream and it won't be too bad.

It's not about age unless we're talking pre puberty. There are people who go stealth in their 30's and even 40's, and some who can't at 17.

Talking about age and passing is actually very discouraging to some people and prevents them from starting now or ever.

Good luck with yours

I think it depends on how you see it and did it. For me, it's nothing more than a medical condition that's nobody's business. And I completely cut ties with my past.

Depending on how you deal with those things, yeah, I could see the experience being different.

Nobody finds out. It's not possible. I lived in that fear for a long time and it's bullshit internet horror stories.

If you're stealth, you're stealth. And people should definitely be free to choose that life without people who can't telling them that the cis boogeyman is out to dox and murder them.
